Wing IDE release 1.0b2: September 29, 2000
This release introduces support for the Python 2.0 beta2 release, and a range of new features like commenting out regions of code, close-all-windows, auto-reformat of paragraphs of text, support for DOS line endings, support for latin deadkeys used on international keyboards, an easier installation process, better support for multiple debug entry points in a single project, improved brace matching, and additional control over the debugger's variable display area.
Bug fixes include several aimed at better debugger support for semi-opaque data types and very large data values, many fixes for problems in the debugger and source code browser, and a range of other fixes to problems found by users of the previous version.
See the CHANGELOG in the distribution for the complete list of changes found in this release.
