[wingide-users] Shift-return -- feature/bug

I think the default is fine.  People coming from "power editors" are used
to modified ENTER behavior.  The OP is the first time I've heard of someone
holding down a shift/ctrl/alt, pressing a key and being surprised it maps
to a macro.
