[wingide-users] Slow scrolling with (number + jk) in vi mode

Hi,

I'm using wingide in vi mode, and the way cursor movement is implemented 
for number + j or k is very slow when number is big. For example, 1000 + 
j takes a lot of time.

It would be great if number + j or k is implemented by using the same 
machinary as Goto Line function so it would be instantaneous.
