[wingide-users] Open Toolbar button stopped working

Hi,

I just noticed that my open button no longer works in Wing 4.1.6-1 (rev
26713) on Windows 7. I think it worked before I applied that last patch.
The 4.1.4-1 (rev 26413) version on Linux (CentOS) works. When I go to press
the toolbar button, it doesn't highlight and no tooltip appears upon
mouse-over. Nothing happens when clicked either. Has anyone else noticed
this?
