[wingide-users] Can't cancel out of Mercurial push

I just tried issuing Mercurial commands from within Wing for the first 
time.  I did a commit, which
seemed to work fine.  Then I tried a push.  The dialog asked me to fill 
in a field labeled "Push to".
I didn't know what to enter here offhand since at the command line I 
always just type "hg push"
and Mercurial figures it out.  So I attempted to cancel.  Unfortunately, 
the Cancel button was greyed
out, so there was no way to cancel the dialog.
