Copy Filenames in the Edit menu will do that for the current tab or a 
selection in the Project tool and other places.  If you want to bind a 
key to it, the command name is copy-filename-to-clipboard.

I agree it might also be good to add this to the editor tab context 
menu, as you suggest.
