[wingide-users] Why is 'exit' being highlighted?

This is a mistake... we've removed the following from being highlighted 
as builtins in our sources for Wing 4.1.4+:

['credits', 'copyright', 'license', 'quit', 'help', 'exit']

I think that covers the interactive commands that are builtins.  Please 
let me know if you come across others.
