Thank you very much for your reply.

I am running 4.1.6-1 (rev 26713) and it appears to be up to date - no
updates found when I check for updates from help.
I remember seeing Maya 2013 patch downloading and installing during first
installation of IDE.

Also, wingdbstub module seems to import correctly in Maya.
