Yes, the import fails because of the compiler change and the different C 
runtimes that are needed.  We are going to try to resolve this in the 
next few days, probably by recompiling the modules.

The sources are available under an NDA to all customers -- people using 
custom Python builds do sometimes need to build the debugger themselves.
