[wingide-users] Switch focus to Debug Probe tool?

In either normal or vim keyboard personality, is there a way to switch
keyboard input to the debug probe  (or any other tool, actually) ?

And is there a way to send the selected text to the probe in vim mode,
similar to normal mode, with Ctrl-Alt-D or E?
