Wing should syntax highlight these and provides some basic 
auto-completion for tags.  Did you try it and are looking for more, or 
is that what you were looking for?

Wing has a vi keyboard mode (enable it from the Edit > Keyboard 
Personality menu) but it can't load vi plugins.
