[wingide-users] Feature request: manual inline type annotation

[Wing IDE Support]

This works for me: create a test case to get to the interesting code in 
a minimal amount of time, use debug test to run it in the debugger to 
the point where it breaks or something is to be added, add / modify code 
and restart the debugger when there's something new to check.
