[wingide-users] WingIDE 4.x reminders are somewhat annoying

Is there any way to tell WingIDE to ignore the 4.x upgrade notices but 
still notify me when there are updates to 3.x?  I don't have the money 
to upgrade to 4.x right now, but want to still get notices of the 3.x 
updates, so don't want to "ignore update notices."
