It probably would not be but we have just never gotten to it.  If 
someone were to write one for Scintilla (the open source code editor 
widget behind Wing's editor) then we would certainly incorporate it.  
I'd like it also since we use ReST internally but it's just not yet 
bubbled up high enough in the priorities.
