[wingide-users] Wing IDE 4.0 beta3 released: Supports interactive matplotlib

Hi,

We've made a new beta release for Wing IDE 4.0.  This release adds:

* Support for working interactively with matplotlib in the Python Shell 
and Debug Probe
* Reduced CPU usage at startup and when switching projects.  You may see 
an initial
  reanalysis of all your files since the analysis cache system has 
changed.  After
  that startup and project switching should be faster.
* Updated French localization (thanks to Jean Sanchez!)
* Several other minor improvements -- see the change log for details:
