Please send ~/.wingide3/error-log to support at wingware.com.

You could also try removing ~/.wingide3/cache and pi-cache without 
losing anything, although also preferences and default.wpr are also 
likely candidates (just try moving/renaming them temporarily rather than 
deleting them).
