[wingide-users] Git error in Wing

Any time I'm working on a project that uses Git whenever I start or stop Wing I 
get this error:

   git.exe - System Error
   The program can't start because libiconv2.dll is missing from your computer.
   Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

This is a Git error, not a Wing error per se. And it is generally caused by a 
path problem. But I don't have any problem running Git from the Windows7 cmd 
line so my system paths would seem to be fine. So why do I see this in Wing?

A minor annoyance, to be sure.
