[wingide-users] How to get rid of the green bar

This is probably my ignorance of Vim mode, so apologies ...

I accidentally hit an 'm' (?) in a file and it turned the entire line into a 
deep bright green bar. Evidently that is the Vim 'mark' command. Now the green 
bar won't go away even if I restart Wing. And I can find lots of references in 
Vim docs for how to set a mark but not to delete one.

Can anyone help me fix my flub-up?
