[wingide-users] pre-debug settings window... please come back (aka where is "Run Arguments"?)

Right-click on the editor or the filename for manage.py in the project 
view and select "Properties" (last item in the pop-up menu). The 
arguments are entered under the Debug tab.

Please let me know if that does not help.
