[wingide-users] wrong character under cursor

With line wrapping on, and a long line which wraps, if I place my
cursor near the end of the line, the character under the cursor (when
blinking) is not the correct character my cursor if over.

This is new as of 3.2.4-1.
Very confusing when editing long lines.
