Wing uses GNU gettext for the translations. I could generate and send 
you *.po files for French. There are various editors such as kbabel that 
can be used to input/update the translation. Then you would send the 
files back to us, and we could build you test versions of the software.

If you would like to try it, please let me know and I can arrange to get 
you the files.
