[wingide-users] Testing non-responsive

I think I declared victory too soon. Removing the exception got some
of the tests to run, but the testing UI is ignoring most of the tests
in the file. Other test files do not appear to be broken. Is there
some way to reset the state of testing as I seem to have corrupted
mine in some way.
