[wingide-users] Wing IDE 4.0 beta4 released

Hi,

We've just released beta4 of Wing IDE 4.0.  This includes the following
changes since beta3:

* Implemented multi-file diff/merge
* Implemented working copy to repository diff/merge
* Many diff/merge bug fixes
* Added default set of code snippets for Django templates
* Several bug fixes in the Django support
* Fixed matplotlib support for version 0.99.1 and some others
* Significant changes to internals of source analysis (no new
  visible features yet, but please report any problems)
* Several other bug fixes
