Yes, I've seen this too. It's not a big deal since it is easy to resize
the window. It could be worse: I've had other applications that go
totally off-screen when you switch from 2 to 1 monitor and you have to
use <alt-space> + arrows to move it back where you can see it.
This is the only problem I've had with Wing and dual screens on Windows
XP and Vista.
