Preferences are in the file 'preferences' in your user settings 
directory, which is listed
5th in Wing's About box (accessed via Help menu).

There isn't an import/export option -- you can usually just copy the file.

Note that if you're installing a newer version of Wing on the same 
machine you don't
have to do anything.  The file is left alone and used by the new version 
also.
