Index-assisted search is something we would like to add at some point, but I don't
know when we'll get to it.  I've noticed a part of the problem w/ very large projects
(and also searching large trees) is the file discovery part of the search.  I somewhat
suspect this degrades in performance more than linearly.  I'll try to look at that for
optimization.
