[wingide-users] Mercurial support

Wing has built in support for SVN - and very nice it is too. You  
enable it in the project preferences.

I happen to like TortoiseSVN - although I half suspect it is the cause  
of the annoying freeze whenever I start Wing on Windows. :-)
