[wingide-users] Moving items to the same location

Hello guys,

Moving a file (from the project side pane) to the same location - i.e. 
an accidental drag and drop operation - brings up an error dialog about 
file permissions. It would seem better to ignore this rather than 
attempt something that is either doomed to fail or have no effect... :-)
