Oops you actually want to reverse these since debug-continue is
also available while paused.

In Wing 3.2 there is debug-restart and you can set the Debug / Auto-save
files preference to avoid being prompted.  Also, you should check the
"Show this dialog before each run" box if the debug / file properties
dialog is showing up.
