Update: I installed WingIDE 3.7.1 on my Vista 32-bit machine and it seems to
work fine. I am still trying to figure out why it won't work on my Vista
64-bit machine. I hope I can get this to work as I do all my development
work on my Vista 64-bit machine as it has dual 19" monitors.
