You can do this with the Debug Current File item in the Debug menu and
if you haven't set a main debug file than using the current editor is
the default whenever debug is started.

We do plan to make the editor context menu user-configurable more easily
in the future.  It's hard to include everything people want there w/o it
becoming too large.
