[wingide-users] Small annoyance

This is a relatively trivial "bug":

When I install Wing on my Win 7 x64 system it seems to install fine but Windows 
pops up this message that says "This program might not have installed 
correctly". I then click "This program installed correctly" and no harm done. 
But evidently it sees something that makes it think the installer didn't do 
right. The "Publisher:" field in that popup shows blank.

This was with the version 3.2.3-1 that I just downloaded.
