...that the problem I had for years with the "You must enter a valid
directory name"-popup opening behind the file dialog has gone in
3.1.3. Also, the problem I had with the timeout when I start up the
WingDBG service in Zope since 3.0 is also gone.

3.1.3: Best version ever! :-) Quite annoyance-free.
