[wingide-users] Tool box option menus not working in French

Hi,

Using wingide 3.1.4-1 (wingide3.1_3.1.4-1_i386.deb on ubuntu amd64),
the tool box option menus don't open when setting 'French' as display
language. The error log contains:

I seem to remember it's a long-standing bug..
