[wingide-users] Minor annoyance in splitting window

Have an editor open and have your editing cursor be near the bottom of
the visible area. So if your editor shows lines 120 through 170, you're
editing line line 165.

Then run the command, "split-vertically". The new visible editing panes
roughly show lines 120 through 150, so you've lost track of where you
were. The line you're editing isn't visible.

It isn't a big deal, but ideally the split-vertically command should
keep your cursor in sight.
