[wingide-users] Executing external program

I'm referring to the OS Commands tool becoming visible... is there a way
to suppress that?

As for the wingapi issue, I'm seeing this when I run a script via
Debug>Start in Wing. In my case, it's simply:

import wingapi
def test():
	app = wingapi.gApplication

With my project's python path including " C:\Program Files (x86)\Wing
IDE 3.1\bin"

Most likely you want to use the OS Commands tool to run your commands.
Are you referring to the OS Commands tool becoming visible when you run
something or an external cmd window / xterm?

To answer your question about the scripting api:

Are you seeing this when you run a script within Wing or are you trying
to import wingapi outside of Wing? wingapi must be used from a script
and won't work outside of Wing.
