[wingide-users] Window Navigation with Key Commands

That's one thing that I've been missing as well and I haven't been  
able to figure out with keybindings either.
I'd love to be able to pres i.e. F12 to switch to the project view or  
Ctrl+F13 to Debug Probe, etc. pp.
