This should be possible w/ Move Focus in the Wing menu, which I think
is usually bound to Shift-F1. It's also possible to use Alt-T and
an accelerator from the Tools menu to go directly to a particular tool,
although it's not as easy to get back to the editor by keyboard tho
we could probably come up with a way to do it if this turns out to
be a problem.
