It may work if you do Check for Updates from the Help menu then restart
Wing.  We screwed up a couple of things in the build that broke unit
testing, templates, and a few other things for which we've released
patches.

You'll also need to set the test style to Nose in Project Properties
under the Testing tab or in the File Properties for the test.

Of course there could be other bugs, so please let us know if that
doesn't help.
