Hiya-

Two feature requests related to tabs:

It'd be handy to have some optional policies that placed new tabs to  
the right of the current tab or at the end of all the tabs.  The  
current alphabetical approach leads to lots of unnecessary shuffling  
past files sometimes.

Also, it'd be super-cool to have a dialog like Open From Project that  
just list the current editor tabs.  I often want to switch around b/w  
a few open files (esp. on small screen laptop) & i haven't found a  
fast way to do that from the keyboard.
