[wingide-users] KPrinter on Ubuntu

It doesn't seem to be available in 8.10.

mjs7231 at pkkid-work:~$ kprint
bash: kprint: command not found
mjs7231 at pkkid-work:~$ kprinter
bash: kprinter: command not found
mjs7231 at pkkid-work:~$ kdeprint
bash: kdeprint: command not found
