[wingide-users] Insert vs Overtype

Periodically the editor shifts from the normal mode of inserting characters into a line to a mode of overtyping characters at the cursor.  I assume I've accidentally tripped over some keyboard action that changed the mode, but I don't know what I've done, can't find a reference in the help file to correct it, and haven't found an entry in the preferences to set the mode.  How do I revert to insert mode without exiting Wing and restarting?
