I think the efford should be put into better features and error free
software.

Because if you start with a language (and if why french ? ) you would then
need to do the major languages as well.
Chinese,Spain , Russian, German , French,

But then the people would like to hav an croatian an serb and slovenian
version as well and who should that.

So i think as long its english its fine for developer tools.

We do work with russian and guess what even if there is an russian version
the y prefer the english one.
