[wingide-users] Wing IDE 3.1.3 released

We've just released Wing IDE v 3.1.3.  The release is available here:

Highlights of this release are:

* Fixed breakpoints and exception ignores in zip files
* Allow suppressing debugger errors when sys.settrace() is called
   (this was an issue with newer Turbogears versions)
* Fixed several problems with the pylint integration
* Highlight Python builtin names in the editor
* Optimized typing when Search in Files is shown
* About 20 other bugs evicted
