I would like a search checkbox akin to the
one for case-sensitivity that would allow me
to make the search insensitive to the difference
between single and double quotes.

So searching for 'foo' would also find "foo",
and vice-versa.  And searching for "Say 'ah"
would also find 'Say "ah"'.

It's tedious to do a regex search for these
cases.  I usually just search twice.
