[wingide-users] Tooltips visible when Wing in background (OS X)

I've downloaded and unarchived that file, and sudo copied the  
resulting file Xquartz-1.3.0-apple16 into my /usr/X11/bin, but I'm  
betting there's another simple step to take, and I'm not sure enough  
what it is.  Rename to simply Xquartz?  Do a chmod to make it  
executable?
