[wingide-users] Tooltips visible when Wing in background (OS X)

With Wing behind other windows (totally obscured), I can see tooltips  
(such as SyntaxError) following the cursor in the foreground.  This is  
super-annoying.

I can provide a screenshot if necessary.

Wing 3.0.4-1, OS X Leopard 10.5.2
