[wingide-users] Upgrading 3.0 disables Plone/Zope debugger

It seems that the IDE doesn't give a response to Zope fast enough. I saw
a connection timeout sometimes in the log.
If you're waiting few more seconds and refresh the Zope status page you
would see that the IDE is finally connected.
