[wingide-users] Need su permission in wingide debugger

I've successfully done the debug by copy wingdbstub.py and wingdebugpw
as the link described to the directory of the code and also modify the
WINGHOME = '/Applications/WingIDE.app/Contents/MacOS' in
wingdbstub.py.
