The shell uses live data from runtime for its auto-completer.  To get
it working in the editor, you may need to add some directories to
Python Path in Project Properties.  It could be that Wing just can't
find 'qt'.

I'm not sure that's the cause, however.  Submitting a bug report in
Wing's help menu with the error log included might show us what's
going on.

Please include which version of PyQt you are using.
